I welcome you to Empowered Family Chiropractic. A practice where you are treated as a family from the moment you step foot into our door. My path to Chiropractic was led through being in a serious car accident and having a Chiropractor taking care of me throughout my recovery journey. I was told that my recovery was nothing short of a miracle based on the destruction of the car and my ability to recover to 100% within 3 week period. Nevertheless, ever since I was 5 years old I was always interested in helping people gettin out of physical pain through body work, so it was just natural for me to become a Chiropractor. Today, I practice out of Scottsdale, AZ and am looking to expand my community and help all those that are looking for their next step to feeling and moving better.

Dr. Kseniya Gershberg is the owner of Empowered Mama Chiro. She graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2014 with Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She is passionate about helping Mamas navigate their motherhood journey and support them through the four trimesters. Her own birth experience inspired her to become a DONA trained doula and advocate for moms during their own births. She is a mom to two and knows the ins and outs of pregnancy and what changes it has on the body. She is Webster’s & Perinatal certified, holds a CACCP from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, is certified in Functional Medicine, holds an Applied Clinical Nutrition certification, and has pelvic floor training. She also holds a lip and tongue tie certification from Nourish Professional and is certified in dynamic body balance levels 1 and 3. She combines functional nutrition with Chiropractic to help lead families to a healthier lifestyle. Her dream is to spread her unique technique of Empowered Mama Body Balancing across the world so more people have access to these resources. She is founder of Pregnancy University where she provides educational resources to families. She stands for supportive, educated, and better births and cannot wait to hold your hand and guide you through the motherhood journey.
