▶️We are a small family practice that loves to serve & really take care of our patients & local community. From day one your experience will be personalized to your needs & goals. We specialize in taking care of prenatal moms, babies, & families as a whole.
❗️A Little Note About Paperwork & Office Procedures⬇️ Once you book you will be sent intake forms to fill out as well as the CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED. Please only upload the credit card you would like charged. We do take HSA/FSA cards so if you would like to use it, please upload ONLY that one. We cannot process any refunds. If you need to change a credit card after the charge, a 5% charge will be processed. All intake forms must be completed prior to the appointment so the Dr. can review it. Please fill them out 48 hours in advance. We are excited to meet YOU🤩
